It's not about the birth certificate; it IS about the Constitution

Article II Section 1

"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President, neither shall any Person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

Even if Obama had been born on the 4th of July on the steps of the White House, he will NEVER meet the requirement of having 2 American citizen parents - not if Barack Obama Sr born in Kenya is actually his father.

Barack Obama convicted himself of being "ineligible" when he signed the Senate Resolution (SRES 511 ATS) declaring "natural born citizen" required two American citizen parents to meet the Constitutional eligibility for President when Democrats rushed to declare John McCain a "natural born citizen".

To obfuscate Obama being ineligible because he only had 1 American parent, Democrats rushed to get a Senate Resolution declaring John McCain a "natural born citizen" even though he is not and will never be!  John McCain had 2 American citizen parents, but he was born in a hospital (not on a military base as some people incorrectly state) in Cologne, Panama.  Therefore he did not meet the requirement of being born in America....thus he is only a "citizen."

America has a bigger problem than just Obama being ineligible.  The 2008 Presidential election was a huge fraud and violated our Constitution - we had 2 ineligible candidates to even run for President!  But we all know how the career politicians like McCain et al feel about the Constitution!  To them it is a just a rag to wipe their feet on and ignore whenever expedient.

Of additional concern is the Karl Rove's of the GOP and the Democrats crapping all over this issue.  And be aware of candidates like Bobby Jindal...love him as a Governor and I think he is super, but he is also NOT a "natural born citizen" and should never run for President.  He was born when his two Indian parents were here as students; therefore he is only a "citizen" and all he will ever be.

Also love Marco Rubio and think he is one of the best ever sent to Washington, DC, but he also is not a "natural born citizen" - his Cuban parents were not citizens of the USA when he was born here.  He will only ever be a "citizen."

If we ever have any hope to restore this wounded giant back to its greatness, we have got to get back to the Constitution and force politicians to live by every statement in it!!  Our founding fathers gave power to the President and they had just a few requirements for getting that power...we have to make this issue now and forever.  It's NOT about the birth certificate - it's about the Constitution!

  1. I'm surprised the issue is ignored or made to be a foolish chase because it is a requirement that the president be a natural born citizen. If he is not it has huge implications. The biggest problem is that any law/bill he signs is immediately null and void. He cannot send troops to combat...he cannot appoint anyone. Think of all those things he has done which immediately are undone.
As with any issue...think how the democrats and their liberal supporters would react if Bush, Romney, Palin, etc were not a US born citizen? Does anyone think they would say its a non-issue?

  2. It's "not an issue" when we expect RobotObama to follow the same rules as the rest of America. He's made it clear that rules don't apply to him, probably because he is so busy making up rules/restrictions/rip-offs for the rest of us. It still astounds me that so many people stand with this pretender. I call him RobotObama because he is nothing more than a groomed creation designed to fool the easily fooled and to pour the kool-ade for people too willing to drink it. There is no end to the list "what's wrong with this guy?".

  3. The heroic Judge Michael Malihi and Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp are risking their lives to challenge the very tenets you so clearly elucidate above, Katy.
Not to mention the heroism of Major Terry Lakin who sacrificed his career and his freedom rather than obey a fraudulent order from the usurper-in-chief, Barf Ovomit who will not appear on the Georgia State ballot. The domino effect will include many other states following suit. Bring it!

  4. First let me say thanks for the retweet you did of my tweet. It really bumped my following. My blog has some good blogs on the issues. The blog is a little outside the box, but has some facts not many know. Warren G. Harding was not a candidate and was put up at convention because no one could get majority. Your blog has a couple minor errors. I am not being critical, just happen to have experience in the area mentioned.
It is Colon, the one you spelled is in Germany. My youngest daughter was born in the same hospital in the Canal Zone is the only reason I know that, I agree with you that if Obama signed that legislation requiring two natural born parents he has a problem. Which if they argued it that way it would maybe go somewhere. However I disagree with the McCain thing because any child born abroad of U.S. citizens is a citizen. I spent 13 years in the Army, two kids in Germany and one in Panama. You get a paper from the state department that says they are citizens. So I think that one was moot.

    1. Mere citizenship is not the same as "NBC", the original definition of which is " BORN ON THE SOIL to parents who are themselves citizens.

    2. There are only two types of citizens -- natural-born, and naturalized. The former holds citizenship by nature of birth, the latter attains citizenship by immigrating to the United States some time after being born and following a lawful path to citizenship. There is no requirement that both parents must be citizens for one to be natural-born. In fact, the Constitution does not prescribe the conditions of what makes a natural-born citizen. The law and the court system has presumed that British Common Law would serve as the basis for citizenship by condition of birth -- being born within lawful jurisdiction, without allegiance to another nation. If BO's father had been a foreign diplomat from Kenya, he would not have been a citizen at birth. Similarly, Rubio's parents were legal resident aliens, meaning they had no allegiance to Cuba when he was born. He, too, is a citizen by condition of his birth.

Someone who is not a "natural-born citizen" would have to be naturalized at some point in his life. That is not the case for either person.

  6. Article 1, section 2 of the U.S. Constitution:

"Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States
which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers,
which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons,
including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not
taxed, three fifths of all other Persons."

Guess we should get back to that, eh??

  8. I completely agree that it is time to run America using the documents created to do so. The Constitution is something every other nation hopeful of becoming a democracy looks up to and models their constitution after. Why are we in such a hurry to change it? That, and the fact that its all of a sudden wrong to be a capitalist, are the two things i worry about the most.

  9. Sunday, 25-Oct-2009. Coming home from work, I heard on the radio a replay of an interview with then candidate Obama pompously deploring the U.S. Constitution as a proscriptive constraint on governance rather than a prescriptive sanction for governance.

This proved to be a significant event as it marked teh beginning of a valuable professional friendship.

  10. Frederick Douglass gave us the answer on September 25 1883, as to why Republican Legislators are so unrelenting on President Obama!

“Though the colored man is no longer subject to barter and sale, he is surrounded by an adverse settlement which fetters all his movements. In his downward course he meets with no resistance, but his course upward is resented and resisted at every step of his progress.

If he comes in ignorance, rags and wretchedness he conforms to the popular belief of his character, and in that character he is welcome; but if he shall come as a gentleman, a scholar and a statesman, he is hailed as a contradiction to the national faith concerning his race, and his coming is resented as impudence.” [Frederick Douglass, September 25 1883]

  11. Katy, I am in 100% agreement that if this nation is to survive, WE THE PEOPLE, must demand that all who take the OATH OF OFFICE in any city, state, municipality, or town or in the Congress in both houses as well as the Judiciary need to stand and affirm their Oath through ACTION!! Too many all over the systems mentioned are NOT IN CONCERT with what they have sworn before God to uphold. I see this all the time, and I am sure you do also. The founding documents of this nation as a Republic need to stand like rocks as the foundation of which this country was born with. Our founding documents shall never ever be outdated. They will stand in perpetuity forever more as long as we as a nation exist. Americans need to understand this and they need to defend all these documents no matter who attempts to alter, change or rescind them. WE THE PEOPLE must UNITE to SAVE America!!!

  13. I have read the Constitution. Reading the Constitution should be required in all public schools. Most of the Sheeple of this country haven't studied it, haven't read it and aren't aware of the Constitution's importance. This was done purposely. Ignorant sheeple are easier to control.
